Shipping Information
I shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the cart and the country of destination:
ITALY (excluded Sardinia, Minor Islands, Venice Lagoon and Cap Disagiati)
Standard (1-3 days):
Free (only for Italian territory) for orders equivalent to or greater than €179.00.
(free shipping may be suspended during sales periods)
€ 9,00 for orders under €179.00.
SARDINIA, MINOR ISLANDS, VENICE LAGOON and DISCOMFORTABLE CAPS Standard (1-6 days):
€ 10,00 for any order amount
EUROPE
Standard (1-5 days):
€ 15,00 for any order amount
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard (1-5 days):
€ 50,00 for any order amount
-Shipping via GLS courier (for Italy) DPD courier (for Europe)
Our. courier (GLS or DPD) makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours.
If the customer is absent on the first attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the following working day.
If the courier, after making the 2 attempts, is unable to make the delivery, the HASH di Zagaria Vincenzo company will contact the customer informing him of the incident and trying to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the customer is required to pay the costs for the release of the stock from the courier's warehouse (these costs will be communicated via email). In the event of failure to collect within 4 days the package will be returned to the Hash di Zagaria Vincenzo and in this case the order must be considered cancelled
When placing an order, all customers are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out.
If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the goods, the shipping costs (including any re-importation customs duties) will be deducted from the refund due to the customer regardless of the method requested.
It is possible to specify a delivery address different from the billing address, as long as it is within the same country.
-Shipping times:
Our store delivers from Monday to Friday at 12.00 a.m. Orders placed and paid by 12.00 a.m. they will be shipped the same day, orders placed in the afternoon will be processed and shipped within the next working day, except for unavailable products marked as orderable which require a few days of restocking. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.
-Transport and delivery times:
The GLS or DPD logistics system allows us to deliver parcels within 24 to 72 hours. It is not possible to change the expected delivery times in any way. It is however possible to leave a written note during the purchase phase to inform the courier of any details regarding delivery times. Any delays by couriers due to various causes are not attributable to barkell.it
-Package documentation and tracking:
With shipping, we will send the Tax receipt (if necessary Invoice please request it in the NOTES when ordering) and all information on the tracking of the package through Tracking with a direct link to the GLS or DPD portal
-Duties and customs clearance costs
All shipments made by barkell.it depart from our store located in Italy. Duties, customs commissions or any other expense necessary for customs clearance of the goods are borne by the customer without the possibility of recourse or request for reimbursement by the customer to barkell.it. The customer who places an order on barkell.it from a country not part of the European Union assumes responsibility for paying customs fees and any duties of the country to which they belong.
