Refund policy


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the package and to obtain a size change or refund of the returned goods by contacting Customer Service and taking care to comply with some requirements.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • The Customer who wishes to make a return must contact Customer Service via email at: info@barkell.itwithin 14 days of delivery of the package to explicitly express your wish to withdraw from the contract, indicating your name, order number and the item you wish to return for a size change or refund.
  • The returned item must not have been washed or altered in any way. The items must be in perfect condition. The articles that will demonstrate that they have undergone aloss of valuethey cannot be fully refunded.The customer is responsible for the loss of value of the goods. Each item must be returned including all its packaging, labels and accessories with which it was delivered. All items must be returned with their original box which cannot be altered or damaged, or used as the only external packaging for shipping.The packaging, labels and everything that accompanies the item are considered parts of the product itself.
  • Returns must be sent back from the same country as the original destination of the order.
  • The cost of return shipping in any way is always borne by the customer

The above conditions are necessary for the return to be accepted

 

Decrease in value of goods:

The customer is held responsible for the conditions in which the products are returned. Any decrease in value resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may make it impossible to remarket the products.

In this case, the customer will be withheld an amount of money estimated based on the decrease in the value of the returned products. Among others, some product manipulations that can lead to a decrease in value are: damage to the packaging, removal of labels, signs of use and loss of packaging.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUND:

The refund* will be scheduled as soon as our employees have received and checked the returned goods.

If the return meets the eligibility requirements specified above, barkell.it undertakes to refund the purchase excluding costs shipping, as a service provided directly by the courier.

The refund will be made within 14/20 days of the arrival of the return at our hashstore.it store, using the same payment method used by the Customer. In the event that the Customer has chosen the Mark as a payment method, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Alternative Compensations:

When authorizing the return, the Customer can choose one of the three compensation formulas below:

    1. Size replacement:It is possible to request a size replacement for the same item, if available.
    2. Item replacement:The Customer will be sent confirmation of the return authorization containing a discount code (coupon) for the value of the returned items, which can be used to purchase a different item.
    3. Shopping voucher:The customer will be able to request, instead of a cash refund, a Shopping Voucher of the same value as the return to be used for a next purchase on the barkell.it website

 

HOW TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT:

1. Contact Customer Serviceat the addressinfo@barkell.itand communicate your desire to return the article/articles by indicating: n. Order, code or item description. We ask our customers to kindly inform us about the reasons for the return.

2. Carefully pack the package,possibly using the same packaging received.Inadequate packaging could damage the goods and cause a loss of value. If using the same packaging as HASH, do not forget to remove the previously used return labels.

3. Send the package back to:

within 7 days of written authorization to the customer by the returns department.
