Returns

The customer who is not satisfied with his purchase can request a return for an exchange of size and item or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To make a return, the Customer must send a request to the email address info@barkell.it  reporting in subject:

- REQUEST FOR RETURN WITH REPLACEMENT OF ORDER N° XXXX

Or

- REQUEST FOR RETURN WITH REFUND ORDER N° XXXX

The email must specify the items you intend to return or replace and, if so, with which size or item.

Once the request has been made and the return authorization has been obtained, the customer will receive the relevant instructions via email on how and where to send the package.

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

barkell.it reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of customer.

The cost of shipping the replacement is borne by barkell.it

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.

If the return meets the eligibility requirements specified above, barkell.it undertakes to refund the purchase excluding costs shipping, as a service provided directly by the courier.

For orders paid with Credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement.
The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the account immediately.

For orders paid in Mark the refund will be made via bank transfer. Therefore, an email will be requested with the IBAN code and the account holder.

 

These terms of use refer to the law in force and in particular to the Legislative Decree Legislative Decree 21/2014 which regulates the Consumer Code.
